Evaluation of body
Here at Key gym, we always recommend evaluation of body before joining. Body evaluation is an important process to know if somebody has a heart condition, other illness or injury that can pose a risk. After evaluation of the individual body we create a customized workout plan according to their medical history, weight and height.
WORKOUT ROUTINE
In order to progress and achieve desired results, we will create a workout routine that appeals to you and is feasible based on your abilities. Whether you want to build muscle or transform your body or get into shape, if you follow the right workout routine, you will get exactly what you need.
NUTRITION DIET PLAN
Balanced Diet and right amount of calories and nutrients the body needs to stay healthy. Balanced diet consisting of macronutrients like carbohydrates, protein and fat along with micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals is recommended. Our highly skilled team will help you to reach your goal through proper nutrition guidance and tracking.
GOAL
Fitness goals are challenges from endurance to flexibility and strength. Once you’ve mastered one, strive to go to the next level by adding intensity and time.
