Evaluation of body
Here at Key gym, we always recommend the evaluation of the body before joining. Body evaluation is an important process to know if somebody has heart disease, injury or any other illness that can pose a risk. After evaluation of the individual’s body, we create a customized workout plan according to their medical history, weight and height.
WORKOUT ROUTINE
In order to progress and achieve the desired results, we will create a workout routine based on your abilities. Whether you want to build muscle or transform your body or get into shape, if you follow the right workout routine, you will get exactly what you need.
NUTRITION DIET PLAN
The body needs a balanced diet ie. the right amount of calories and nutrients to stay healthy. A balanced diet consists of macronutrients like carbohydrates, protein and fat along with micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals. Our highly skilled team will help you to reach your fitness goal through proper nutrition guidance and tracking.
GOAL
Fitness goals are challenges from endurance to flexibility and strength. Once you’ve mastered one, strive to go to the next level by adding intensity and time. Consistency is the key. Keep a check on your vital statistics such as get onto a balanced diet plan, improve your flexibility and strength, get of your comfort zone, and improve your immune system. Have a consistent approach and you will attain the desired goal.
